My wifes red Passport has been in Texas for over a month with a cracked screen.After several attempts at voice mail and e mail we finally got a call back a week ago, advising us they don't have red passports because ours was deemed unrepairable and asked us if we wanted a black one???We said no and was told they would contact us the next day,that was a week ago..I have sent 1 email and one phone message to them every day since with no success.We paid an extra $5.50 a month plus $125 deductible for a 3 day repair and are feeling very soaked at the moment. We are BlackBerrystockholders,Z10,Z30 and Passport owners. Does anyone have a number for BlackBerry to call direct to find someone to help us,Thanks,Keith

Then next time they suggest a black one, ask them if they'd be willing to send a check for $100 as well.
