Phone refuses to save the network
Not all BlackBerry device support the 5ghz frequency. For example the Q5 & Z3. What device are you currently using?
If you have a Z30 or Passport, there shouldn't be an issue connecting :)

Z10 works as well.
My z10 won't save the network name,
Of the, 5ghz, but not problem with the 2.4Ghz
