My friend has been creating images (purple background with faded circles and a sunlight effect) with white text on it. I asked her how she created it and she said it was hard to explain. She said she used two apps for it, or websites, can't remember which one. Below shows an example of the image:

If anyone can tell me how she may have created this then that would be much appreciated! (She has a BB just in case you're wondering lol.) Thanks.
