Been posting since last night with no help. Need to get this q10 updated to 10.3.

osx 10.11.2
Sachesi 2.0.3

It can't seem to detect my phone in usb. I've tried all the various usb settings with no success.

Make sure the device is not in USB Mass Storage Mode.
Make sure the cable is good and is a USB Data cable, a charge only cable will not work.
Make sure the device USB port is good. If the plug is not fully inserted it will effect the data side of the connection. Check for lint or dirt.
Make sure the computer's USB port is active and not in a low power or sleep mode.
Make sure the port is USB 2.x, sometimes BlackBerry devices do not like USB3.x and USB1.x is insufficient for data usage. Some laptops have an under-powered USB port, try another port.
Make sure the computer has the BlackBerry Device Manager drivers installed, they come as part of Blend or Link.
If you still can't get it to work, try another non-Apple computer.
