Are you running a leak or beta related to the app? When BBM Channels was in beta, BlackBerry World had the same message for BBM (for those running it)

nope, before this I'm update my q10 to 10.2.0.415 at software update, and then some problem appear at BBW, some apps that I already download had another update but still appear a same update to update, it's give a headache to resolve it
