Boss brought me her Verizon Pearl this morning--- all of her calls are rolling to voicemail. I did a battery pull, nothing worked. Any suggestions? She hasnt updated her OS since she got the phone, which was right when the Pearl was released--- would that help any?? (i've never had this problem, LOL)

Is it in a bad service area or has the service connection somehow been turned off? Check the "Manage Connections" icon & make sure service has a green check. This is the only thing I can think of. Good luck. If you figure out how to fix it ask for a raise before you do it

Another thing to check, has the Do Not Disturb option been checked, perhaps? This will also send calls directly to VM.

To check, Profiles>Advanced Profiles>Phone, check to see if Do Not Disturb is checked.
