Hopefully someone can help, I had an issue today with the storm

**On incoming calls the CALLER ID FONT SIZE was really really tiny...**

I Searched high and low, and through all ins and outs that I'm aware of and cant find a correction for this anywhere...My carriers Tech support tier 1,2, and 3 couldnt figure it out, nor could the Blackberry rep that the transfered me too...

HELP!! I really dont want to replace my phone cuz I know the deal with the refurbs and would like to not go that route if at all possible....
