    I bought an unlocked phone from verizon wireless and the call forwarding option is missing.
    I Tried Updating the Software but the option did not appear.

    Any suggestions?

    thats usually a carrier dependent option. maybe your carrier doesnt support it and service books block the feature.

    Dial *72 followed by the number to forward to. You'll hear a quick couple of beeps, then it wil hang up. To un-forward, dial *73 send.
