BT question

Hello All,
Im turning to the Crackberry Naton for an answer to a BT head set question i cant seem to find an answer to. Is there a BT head set that can be paired with and function with two phones at the same time? I work in Emergency Services and have a Department phone and personal phone while on duty. The catch is a policy that came out that we need to use a hands free device whenever operating our vehicles. i want to be able to use one device for both phones at the same time. Any imput would be a great help.:D

If it is possible, I haven't seen it.
