Hi guys,

I posted last night because my phone would only work when I used the speaker. I turned it off then on and voila, it was working.

I now realize that the problem is when I try to connect my earpiece. I'll click it on, but the window that asks if you want to connect (or something like that) does not show up anymore and THEN when I try to use the phone without the earpiece I cannot hear anyone nor can they hear me unless I hit the speaker button. I then have to shut down and turn on again for the phone to work. I even took the battery out while the phone was on and still nothing

I read a few posts on BT not working but not the problem I am having.

Any ideas? It's a real pain cause it's worked everyday without a problem and I don't like to drive and have the phone in my ear.

I don't know a whole lot about BT headsets but I would try deleting the pairing, then re-pairing it.
