    No, you would need wifi at a minimum (8320, 8900, 9000, etc.).

    You need an internet connection. It's just like a laptop or desktop. You can start the browser but it won't connect to anything unless its got an internet connection.

    Data Plan or Wi-Fi.

    wifi yep. its the way to go.. but the 8100 doesnt have wifi unfortunately
