Hi,

For the last two days, I've got a weird error when I try to load big pages on my BB Curve. The error doesn't always show up. It says the browser is too old to handle the task. I've never seen this before and I'm not sure what is going on. Has anyone else seen this before? What can I do about it?

Uhm which browser are you using? The default bb browser or opera mini?

Sometimes for me when loading some sites on the default browser if the page doesn't connect quick enough an error will appear

yep, too old. id hate to see RIM go down the same path as PALM did, releasing new shiny phones, same old OS.

It is the default browser. I've never tried to use anything but what came on the phone.

Oh well the default browser is a total fail =/
Sometimes on every other page it will time out for me.
I downloaded opera mini like 3+ months ago and no problems so far...

Opera mini is a life saver, use that over the native bb browser.

You can also try Bolt Browser. Also Free and also a great alternative to the built-in RIM browser.
