Hi when I was checking which aps were running with the alt + back key it showed that my browser was running, I went to it and xlosed it the proper way and rechecked and it was still running, I have seen a list on here before of things that are always running but I don't remember the browser being on it maybe I'm wrong. Oh and can it be weather bug direct that's keeping the browser open? Thanks.

So if I can drop into this thread - what does the Browser's CLOSE menu option do? I guess it would terminate any active page loading but anything else? I don't think it clears the cache/etc???

Exactly, all it does is close whatever page is open and moves the browser to
the background. And no it does not clear the cache, that you need to do manually
