I was wondering if there was a way to make the BlackBerry's browser not be identified as a mobile browser. I like that some websites automatically take me to their mobile website, but sometimes I don't want the website to recognize that I'm on a mobile browser.

    Thanks

    Browser/Options/Browser Configuration/Browser Identification

There are 3 options here: Blackberry, Internet Explorer and Firefox

I tried that, but it still recognized it as a mobile browser.

Thanks guys, I'll try downloading a new browser.

In order to reconfigure your options you might have to go to service books and delete blackberry help!(Browser config) then go through with the configuration.

Clear the browser cache after you change the settings and before you try to reload the page. Menu, Options, Cache Operations.
