Ok so first I'm using a BlackBerry World from the US (it's Sprint) but am in South Africa and my sim is Vodacom. I tried to find my browser icon but it doesn't show up on my menu page. Somehow I found a way to get on it, though but the "Your device does not currently have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries" message came up. So I tried options > advanced options > select host routing tables > bbmenu > register now but that didn't work. Then I went to delete/restore my service books but I don't have any service books. Most people say to then contact my carrier but I'm not sure who that would even be. Sprint or Vodacom? Is there anything else I could try? If I restore everything to its original settings will that re-lock the phone?

options > advanced options > select host routing tables > bbmenu > register

Turn ON WiFi and your Mobile Network if you hadn't done it

Remove your Battery, and leave it out for a night.

Insert your Battery -> it will be turned on.

    Your BB now has servicebooks
