Re-register your Host Routing Table. Options / Advanced Options / Host Routing Table / Menu / Register Now

This may help, with the browser open hit menu>options>Cache Operations. Clear all of those. Close the browser. Really close, menu>close. Then try again.

I called VZW....they said that BBerry has notified them of an issue and that BBerry is working on it.... So it is a network issue.

I just opened up a new thread. Didn't realize this one was up too.

I too am having the same problem.

I have the Bold (AT&T) and have had a great experience with it since November 4th.

This morning, I was doing my usual browsing on the internet via BB, and all of a sudden, pages would load, and I have all bars, and 3G coverage.

So I pull out the battery and rest. Still, no internet browsing.

So I deleted services book and resent them. Tried to browse again, no luck.

However, I can use the WAP browser and go to media net!

I contacted tech support, they did all the things I did before I called them. The next step was to wipe my handheld which I wont do until I do a backup when I get home.

AT&T said there are no reported BB outages.

Also, I was unable to send an email from the phone this morning. So it is all data, at least for me.

I am having this same issue and having a page with info would be great to see. I did not even know that all data had to go thru BB.

I am able to get some data going but it is really slow.

An e-mail functionality issue has been identified within the BIS system. At this time it appears to be a network upgrade or
adjustment to the BIS system which is causing customers to lose the send or receive capability on a blackberry.

This issue has not been posted on the Rogers "Whiteboard" and may not be as there is a resolution to allow
customers access to their e-mail once again

To return the blackberry functionality for sending and receiving data please follow the guidelines below for a more
timely and educational troubleshooting experience for customers encountering this issue:
