Does anyone know when blackberries will be released with the new browser? I know they acquired Torch mobile earlier this year. I hope early 2010 will bring in something special. Blackberry's biggest weakness is that dam browser.

Speculation is rampant, but the pool of questions is vast. You can count on one thing, you'll most likely have to wade through the threads once it does.

I hope its real soon. Android is pulling a few BB users away with the browser. I love the Blackberry

i do agree the the browser is the weakest part of the BB and they need to get it right very soon.I the meantime you can use Opera Mini or Bolt; both are efficient but I,personally, prefer Opera Mini.

They're pulling a few, but many have come back already. If you've looked at 3rd quarter results, Droid hasn't put all that big a dent into BlackBerry yet.

Myself, having used the BlackBerry native browser extensively, I've adapted to the Mobile rendering, and swap off to Bolt when necessary.

The browsing aspect will drive me away if it isn't fixed by upgrade time.
Plus the outages. I've had a BB for 6 months and can count 4 major outages.
RIM needs to get with it on those 2 issues. Otherwise I'm pretty happy.
