Hey,

I have a Blackberry Curve 8520 and the 'o' key is broken. It still looks the same (eg hasn't been pressed in or anything) but is completely dead. My password has an o in it though.. is there a way I can either fix the o or change my password without wiping my phone?

Hmm, have you tried sending it to the repair store? There's nothing you can do. That phone shouldn't be used until it is fixed (the keys)

Hook it to your pc and use Desktop Manager to change the password.

You can enter the password on the pc.
