    I just linked a web page to a text message sent to myself and one other person and it is listed in the Hub as a text message but has what looks to be a bullhorn over the normal text message icon and instead of listing the recipients it says "Broadcast(2)"... what does this mean?

    it means the same text was sent to more than one person
