    What it doesn't mention is the BlackBerry will be a BBOS device. BB10 hasn't yet passed CESG approval so cannot be used in government in the UK. (it's kinda like the FIPS approval for the UK)

    Yes it's been a while, but it's a several month testing phase from what I understand. So even if the 10.1 MR was applicable it would probably still be in testing if that makes sense.
    Such is the way with government stuff I guess.
