Okay heres the thing. I have a unlocked blackberry bold that i use for t-mobile. I have wifi and its working pretty good the only problem is that I cant go on the facebook app and the gmail app that I use alot. It says I need to get a data plan for it in order to use the apps but I don't plan on doing it. I was wondering if there is such a thing as a offline mode app or something that I can use without a data plan?

    Thanks

The older versions of the facebook app did not require a BIS plan. Email, Gmail, BBM have always (to my knowledge) required a BIS plan to function.

Some 3'rd party applications do not work with WiFi only, FB is one of the. I use the main FB site via the Opera Mini, and BOLT browser while using WiFi which works well.
