Trackpad is working, but will not scroll above navigation bar. I use touch screen to get it above navigation bar and then it won't scroll below it. Any suggestions?
My first suggestion would be to pull the battery and give it a few seconds. Many issues with BlackBerrys can often be resolved by this simple trick. Give it a try and see if it helps.
Are you running a custom theme? Has it worked at all in the past or has it never worked? Sometimes theme developers have flaws in their themes that can cause scrolling problems if they didn't create the scroll direction path correctly.
Well I guess the only thing left that I would try is to reload the OS. Wipe it clean and reinstall, just make sure to do a backup in Desktop Manager first.
