Given that he wants a 4-5" screen on a Q series, it's better without the visual imagery.
a 5" screen would be about 3.5" by 3.5", and add about 2" to one side for the keyboard

That's about the size of a Playbook. Not pleasant.

Q10 already has a 3.1 screen. If a 4.1 screen was to be made, I'd upgrade for sure.

I think the biggest screen for a Q phone would be 4 inches.
Anything larger would be awkward to use.
