I haven't set up a bluetooth password, but when I try connecting with a friend their phone requests my password. Is there a way to turn off passwords or how do I reset my password?

yea its asking for any generic password you feel like making up. the person you are pairing to will need to know it in order for the pairing to work as they will have to type the same one. i usually just continue to use "0000" since thats the standard password for most, if not all BT headsets. its just easier to remember.

If you haven't actually set up a password yourself, and any bluetooth device asks for a password, its usually 0000
