Hi all new here. Tried searching for this problem but didnt see anything. I have a 9530 and use a voyager pro earpiece. Question is any reason why I cannot answer or hang up my calls using the earpiece button. I also have a 8350i which works like it should. Another thing I noticed is that the earpiece will ring and let me accept a call on one phone while using it to talk on the other. Dont know if the person on the other end heard both calls but I definitely did.
I have the Storm and Voyager Pro as well. No problems with ny Pro answering or hanging up when needed. maybe try re linking the headset withthe storm and check the settings on the storm as well.
just got it to work. had to pull battery then everything connected and worked fine. didnt pull bat. for that but afterwords i could answer and hang up. so far so good.
