It'd help if you shared the year make and model of your car.

Ahh ok, yeah I don't have any issues in my Infiniti connecting to Bluetooth. Manufacturers have an owners section of their webpage that will go through what phones are compatible with their bluetooth stack and what features you can use, not use, etc.

    Mercedes-Benz - Home of C, E, S, CLK, CLS, CL, SLK, SL, SLR, R, GLK, M, GL, G Class

I checked the MB site...they don't have any of the Storms listed...and ironically no Tour either. I thought maybe the site simply hasn't been updated yet...but the iPhone 3GS is on there.

I'd call a dealer or something to verify. It could be that your phone simply isn't really compatible with your car's bluetooth stack.
