I need to backup or sync my BB via Bluetooth as the port on my device is broken. I've been trying to do this for hours now with no success. RIM tech support implies that I need something called Windows Enumerator to be successful which is nearly impossible to get (he says). Can anyone help me with info on how to back up via Bluetooth? My PC does have Bluetooth.
