A BB can natively transfer files over BT.
I mean more like look through the other phones files like the samsung t809

None that I know of, and I believe that would be quite illegal.
No it wouldt be illegal you need the other people permission and if it was illegal which its not they wouldn't have put it on the t809 thanks for your input though

The only way is non-natively with aftermarket software. However I am not aware of any such software yet.
If the user consents you browsing their content...just browse it on their phone and then send it. :)
