So I've only had the V1 for a short time but on one call I just tried to answer it answered but I had no audio. I hung up they called back and then it worked that time. Anyway on their website it appears there is a firmware update for the headset that is supposed to fix this.

Guess they are going to provide updates for this thing.

man I want the v1 so bad but honestly I can't feasibly spend that kind of money on a bluetooth.. I only ever use the thing in my car..

so im currently using a 20 dollar motorola..

but the blueant is so small and nice it just seems like it may be worth it

This V1 was the worst I have ever used. The only good thing about it is that you get to hear a real voice instead of a robot sounding one. I could not get any commands to work people on the other line kept saying that i sounded like i was getting cut off. The Plantronics 520 is way better. I hope is just a defected one.
