Can I have EDGE preferred over UMA on a specific wifi network?

I want to keep my setting at "wifi preferred", but my favorite cafe will not allow me to make UMA calls while on their network. As a result, I must manually change my settings to accept calls at their location.

The simplest solution is to delete the Cafe connection. If you are not connected, you don't get UMA.

If you want to keep the connection, edit the Wifi Profile to "Prompt before connection".

That is an unusual policy, how are they going to know if you are using UMA for voice calls? Do they have any openings for Bandwidth Police?
