Please excuse me if I'm in the wrong forum, I'm new.

I have a Storm 9530. Is there a way to filter or block emails from your Blackberry? I want my business emails to come through, but not all the pass along emails I get all day long.

Log in to your BIS and set up the filters there.

I'm stuck again. After I enter an email address in the Filter name box it asks me to "Type an item to filter on"

I don't know what that means?

There should be a choice 'from/sender, subject, etc. The list DROPS DOWN.

For instance I want emails from my sister and certain friends forwarded

I create a filter called FRIENDS. I pick "from" and then add their names in the "small box" which holds a certain amount of data. To add more friends, I have a filter called Friends2, and even Friends3.

Only those emails would be forwarded.
