Out of curisosity, can you elaborate a little on what kind of broadcast messages you're receiving? Are they BBM messages from people in your groups? Or people who have your PIN and now are sending spam? Or people who post gibberish on the CB forums? Not sure what you're talking about. Thx.

I got more of that crap from individuals than groups when I had a BB and used BBM. That was the most annoying "feature" ever.

I don't receive them anymore unless its something serious that needs to be broadcasted and everyone on my list hates sending them.

Just wait till 2012, OMGWTFBBQ is it going to get hectic with forward messages via text/mms and BBM.

i am in only 2 groups(which i dont recieve spam from) and i do not post my pin/barcode publically....and yes you are lucky that you dont get spam
