    Our copyright laws are not enforceable in China.

    That qualifies as a counterfeit product when it reaches North America or Europe.

    The logo is actually blocks. The blackberry logo dots are actually the "insides" of the capital B and concaved....

    Of course not that it's enough to pass the counterfeit laws... but subtle enough for someone to get fooled on Canal Street in NYC.
