    They are positioning themselves as a corporate provider, not a consumer brand, but they are appealing to senior management and business owners on an individual basis, too. I know some people want BlackBerry to fight harder for individual consumers, where most of the market is, but I appreciate the brand consistency. If they are going to compete with IBM, they need to look confident, experienced and serious. The black and white images do a fine job. Also, the navigation is MUCH improved!

    Nah, it's crap.

    Sorry IF I come across negative but the below are just a HANDFUL of facts, this company is sat on billions, but I'm beginning to dispute that with the lack of expense spent on marketing and development of their own products & website.

    * First glance, black & white pics look decent (only because that stupid font isn't plastered on them)

    * The boxes below look (with the stupid font) as though they have background images missing

    * http://uk.blackberry.com/smartphones.../overview.html
    Seriously? .html? Have the developers heard of a .htaccess file & friendly urls?
    I guess Apple, Samsung, Microsoft, HTC etc don't use primary school students on work experience to build their websites, just Blackberry.

    * Have the developers heard of a 404 page?
    http://uk.blackberry.com/smartphones/
    (must use http://uk.blackberry.com/smartphones.html
    vs
    https://www.apple.com/smartphones#mn_p

    * I'm surprised it's not built using <table>'s, there is no meta description tag used in the <head> and a whole host of other fundamental coding practices.

    ^ Other web developers will understand.

    A bit odd since the website conforms to the mobile-first design principles. Perhaps the web browser for the BlackBerry Z10 running BlackBerry OS 10.3 (10.4?) is to blame for the rendering gaff.

    The marketing is still weak. Random ppl and random animals next to a phone. Not sure what they are trying to communicate. Time to revamp their marketing team.

    Seriously I can't believe how good this advertising is. Makes you really connect with the brand.

    I show my friends that know nothing about BlackBerry and they think it's really good. Makes BlackBerry go from being a cold phone company to a company about people and cute dogs with phones.

    BlackBerry really changing people perspective of the company. Nice!
