So I just walked into a Verizon store and asked if that had a z30 on demo. They said they didn't and wasn't sure when it was arriving.

So I walked around looked at the LG G2 and then what do I see?

A Q10 and a Z30!!!! Clueless..

I liked the z30 and played with 10.2, but nothing stood enough for me to upgrade from my Z10.

I did tell them as I wanted potential buyers to get the correct information. The salespersons were young and joking around with each other.

Didn't really care. I find Best Buy a better shopping experience.

Same exact thing happened to me today. They had no clue but we're amazed at how fast I could do things on the phone. They asked a lot of questions. I also for the first time played with an iPhone. Nice I guess. Way to small for me and the user interface is **** ugly but wasn't impressed. Played with some androids. Liked better than iphone but still wouldn't switch from BlackBerry 10. Just personal taste. I thought the Z30 was beautiful. As I was leaving the manager was playing with it and smiling.

I was at the Verizon store and the manager at the door knew they had it and said it looks sweet. I found it was turned off and had never been set up. He sent nearly everyone who walked in the door towards the Sammy display, and had one on his hip. Definitely an uphill battle ahead.

I had the same experience at a Vodacom outlet, they had no idea what a BlackBerry Z30 was. They tried to show me Z10 thats when I got furious and showed them my sexy white Z10 and told them I know what a Z10 is.... I want Z30!!!

It's sad how they know your Galaxy S4 and iPhones like the back of their hands but when you ask for a BlackBerry you get this odd stare.
