I had bought z30 on April 2014 and that's still under warranty.

Recently my screen hasn't turning on- just a black screen (a complete black screen). But the mobile is functional. I can attend call (option enabled to auto answer while connected to Bluetooth).
And I see notifications for my emails and messages (set Customised notification ringtone).

When I contacted our local BlackBerry service centre. They asked me to pay for the display replacement.

But, I never dropped my mobile and no water damage. But still customer service person is asking to pay to get that screen replaced.

Need your help guys, does BlackBerry don't cover any display problem under warranty? Since that guy in the store told me so:-

Not able to get my warranty info from the paper works which I got in the box since I lost somewhere any ideas and help will greatly appreciate.

Don't know about your country but I bought and replaced my own rather than deal with them and being without a phone. But yes they should cover it.

Seems they can without charging me. I'll go with the above link information and check again. Fingers crossed.

or you can do it yourself....I think it is easy on Z30...just use google about the suject and look at the video
