There is no "their own" In North America. In Canada alone in the last 90 days Blackberry operating systems have dropped from 9% to just over 4% OS and they are all here to make sure those of us who want good products don't get them.

Right. So somehow in the last 90 days more than 1/2 of all Canadian BlackBerry users switched phones.... just not a credible statement.

Reasonable to assume that a significant majority of phone users are locked into contracts. Unreasonable to assume that a majority of these users are paying cancellation fees just so they can dump their BlackBerry and switch to another brand.

Seriously, folks need to be a little sceptical when they hear or read these types of claims...
