    I dont know if its only me, but every time that I get a screen shot of my phone for example and wanted to share it with someone through BBM or Facebook the quality is dramatically reduced. Even the video that I record... does anyone knows how to deal with it?

    BBM will compress your photo. If the recipient wants a high rez image from you.. all the have to do is press and hold the image icon in the chat and a menu will pop up.. choose the one that says "request higher resolution image" and it'll send the original image to your recipient.
    I don't use Facebook.. sorry.

    Facebook compresses photos, too, and I would guess that the compression algorithm favours natural scenes (eg. Jpeg) and not screen shots.

    Like the others have said, BBM and Facebook compress the file. In order to upload a screenshot in high quality on Facebook, you must e-mail it to yourself and upload it from a computer.

    Its a simple thing! Upload and share a screen shot to someone with normal quality, not poor quality.

    Because it is a mobile device, Facebook is in charge of their app (not us), and because it is funny to see you upset . Jk

    With that said, my photos look fine, so your on your own a bit here for FB (imo anyway)

    Facebook is in charge of their app, but this issue does not happen when you use iphone and android.
