    what doesn't work about the hub? What OS do you have and how did you load it?

    Both aren't working? First step is not to take the battery out.

    Reboot as follows:
    [INFO]Hold the top buttom till you see a red LED and the BlackBerry logo. Ignore reboot/turn off prompts.[/INFO]

    Give the device good 2 minutes to wake up. HUB won't be fuctional right after a reboot anyway. After that, give them another try.
