I am new to this forum. I have just upgrade my Blackberry phone to a Bold 9900,which I am very please with.I have updated my new phone by the Blackberry desktop software all ok,but when i go to Blackberry World icon it tells me to update which i accept & go to download it just does a cycle back to ask me to down load the lasted update.I also have tried to download via the internet via my computer but it will not responed. Can you please help with my problem thank you in advance for all your help in this matter.

the servers of blackberry world stopped working in the last 5 days, there are countries where it works and others in which no, the problem is worldwide and for now blackberry has not said anything

After reading other threads on your site Blackberry World is still not updating on my 9900. it still says its down and keeps asking me to update which I am trying to do Works fine on my 9320. Thank you
