    I just got a notification to update but I never had this app before. Has anyone downloaded blackberry virtual Expert?

    It's built into the OS that's was you didn't see it in app world before today when BlackBerry made the update I guess they decide to make an icon for it

    As said BBVE is built into the OS, you access it via the Help page. There is no reason to download it from BBW. As it's already on the Device.
