hey ! im new , and soon i'll be a blackberry user too! i never had a blackberry, it'll be my first time. Ok, so this is the deal, i heard a new kind of blackberry will come out this year? maybe in two months, im not sure if i should wait until then.. or just buy the blackberry bold 9780, i mean is it worth waiting two months? i really want bbm! its a crazy teen thing :/ and i feel sorta left out with my friends, y'knoow? any advice? tips? thanks :)
You should wait. New phones and a much snappier os6 coming out would make your other BB friends envious.
If you want it mostly for bbm the 9780 is a sweet device! It will do everything you need.

Wait for the Bold Touch. The 9780 has a keyboard stutter problem that has yet to be addressed by rim.
What are your finances like?
if right now you just NEED/WANT BBM, then you should look at maybe a second hand el' cheapo BB for around $80-100, then in 3-5 months choose from a selection of 2-3 New Generation 6.1 based Blackberry's

I would wait for sure. The product should be a good upgrade for us already owning bb, but if you really like a phone that is out now, go for it.

Is bbm the only thing you care about? If so any cheap curve or any bb will do for that. Don't need faster better for just bbm.
