    I'm updating my BB 9790 OS from 7.0 to 7.1 bundle, and it takes a while to back up my data, i don't know what happen, it's been 3 hours already apparently it's still 9% backing up..im worried that it's taking long time and i can't use my phone!..please help!

    How are you backing up your data? are you using a PC or over the air (OTA).
