    So now it looks like 9850 - Monaco, 9860 - Monza, 9810 - Torch 2. Glad we got that cleared up. All this 98xx is hurting my head.

    Really excited for this device although its a shame the Bold Touch got the 8GB and we get the 4GB. Oh well. Device still looks solid

    Yeah you would think that the Bold Touch, Monaco/Monza, and Torch 2 would all have same everything and just be different form factors available.

    Presumably they are building all these devices to particular target costs and I guess somewhere like the additional memory was somewhere they could cut costs on this model without harming performance, unlike if they skimped on processor speed or ram.

    Right. I think they have their advantages. Monaco has the bigger screen and Bold Touch has more internal storage. Pretty balanced if you ask me but the Bold will always be the "flagship".
