BlackBerry won't let me download apps that I PAID for already! I bought them, BlackBerry World says I already purchased it, but then when I try to download it says I have to purchase it. This is pathetic from BlackBerry's side!

Have you tried a reboot or simply refreshing BBW?

    Have you contacted support?

I had a problem once and they fixed it with 24 hours. Also make sure to "Refresh BlackBerry World" - under general settings.

Are you just going to the app itself to try and re-install, or are you going under the Available tab in the My World section? The Available tab should list all of your paid apps and allow you to download them again, as well as any app that you've previously downloaded.

Have you tried going through BlackBerry World on a PC. When you login, it will show you your Purchase History, if the paid Apps are there then you'll to download them. When you click download, it sends it to the phone. It may send a different message where you can install the Apps.

When I am king, any company that does this will be required to apologize and offer a gift certificate. I just saw all my purchased YouTube Moonshiners episodes disappears.

It is a technical error. It's fixable.

All BlackBerry "owes" you is the quick restoration of your apps once you've made them aware there's a problem.

iTunes has the same issue, and won't give you free credit. Neither will Google Play.

Blackberry needs a dedicated line for free tech support. They need to start pleasing their very small base of customers. I need my BBRY shares to make some good returns.

Have you tried to just press the download button from the available apps screen? Just tap the arrow, don't open the app's listing. Just an idea.
