Obviously not. That's why BlackBerry should purchase smaller companies that are already working on it, like Blackphone.
Lol I heard blackberry has a fountain flowing of money.

You do know how black phone operates right? They pretty much give you a dumb phone. ..... that's it

Doesn't matter. They're doing it. So is Boeing.

BlackBerry cannot afford to just sit on the sidelines and watch anymore.

Actually it's government and they make stupid financial decisions as a matter of course. Maybe not with BB decision per se but that would be an exception.

Chen made mention of the possibility in his very first interview with CB. Lately he's been saying if something will make money for BlackBerry, he'll consider it.

    Hi

I have gone back and forth between an Android device and BlackBerry. I'm currently on a verizon z10 which I like well enough but I'm due for an upgrade and am wondering if I should stay with BlackBerry?? Do ya'll feel that rim will even be in existence in another year? And if they're just hanging on what will support be like?

    RIM is no longer...BlackBerry, yes.

They don't have money to do a lot of things that CrackBerry readers are hoping for.

But with crackberry, they are putting their backings behind a BlackBerry device. With android no way that's a good move

BlackBerry isn't going anywhere anytime soon. They are here to stay. You should look into upgrading to the Z30.

Explain how it's not a good move to serve 81% of the worldwide market.

Because there's already about 20 different other companies doing the same thing who have vast amount of resources and about at least 5years of head start and whose primary target isn't enterprise security

I came back to BlackBerry from IOS and was a long time iPhone user. I really like OS10 and I have faith that BlackBerry will turn things around.

They may not have the huge user base they once had in the USA, but I think there will be enough to support a niche product.

Myself, I am here for the long haul and I love my z30. I can't predict the future, but I am excited about BlackBerry and it should be a fun ride.

Send from my z30 on T Mobile USA (10.2.1.2160)
Did you hear about BlackBerry and T-Mobile?
