I'd say the 9650 Bold. I had the 8330 and Palm Pre before and this is a solid phone.
The 9650 is the only current phone upgradeable to OS6 so far and is the best offering from Sprint. Sprint should be getting a clamshell device soon and will run OS6 but from what I've seen on forums and personal opinion, nobody really wants a clamshell BlackBerry

Definitely the 9650... Their really aren't too many choices to begin with but the 9650 should be relatively new for a while. 512 MB of memory and definitely upgradeable to OS 6.0.
I upgraded from the 8330m as well - a solid, excellent phone. The 9650 is a definite upgrade, 512mb ram and flash memory, better camera, wifi, worldphone capabilities, OS6 compatible.
haha, you're probably right!
Not sure If I will go through sprint or if there are cheaper NIB ones on ebay?
Go through Sprint. If you purchase off the marketplace here or even worse Ebay, you won't qualify for the 1-year hardware warranty (basically if anything breaks hardware-wise and its not because you smashed it over someones head you get a free replacement device sent to you...) You haven't upgraded your device in almost 2 years! You will get a good deal on the 9650 for sure if you re-up your contract anyways!
RIMM is a different company from the days of the 8330. Play around with everything out there, including the Evo, and make sure you're ready for another two year commitment.
