I had a Q5 before switching to the Z30 and honestly it's a great phone. I like the full touch of the Z30, but I can't see anything the Q10 would have over the Q5.

Oddly, the only people who think the Q5 is a lower quality device than the Q10 are those who don't own one. There are actually Q10 owners who prefer the Q5 (check the Q5 forums).

I've not owned a Q10 but can honestly say that my now almost two year old Q5 is the best BlackBerry I've owned, and for me as a long time BlackBerry user, the quintessential traditional form factor BlackBerry. I'd thoroughly recommend the Q5!

Yeah I never understood the Q5 purpose, it never was cheap enough to be attract the low end market. I think BlackBerry just taught some people wanted a smaller device..... like the Curve. But I think the Curve was more popular because of the price, not the size.

Today I'm kinda surprised the number of women I see using NOTES and iPhone Pluses.
