    Lately, I can't access BlackBerry world, bbm as it semms like no BlackBerry service, though network reception is okay.
    Wonder if the service become unstable as it's happened quite a few times...

    Up by your 4g signal icon your missing the Blackberry Icon, do a hard reset to see if it comes back.

    It's funny you mention that OP. I just glanced at that corner of my screen and the BlackBerry symbol was missing for a moment and then appeared. As I'm writing this it's still there.

    happening in Shanghai, China with wifi
    with mobile data no problem though

    side note, strange thing on the same wifi:
    my friend's android is fine but his mac can't connect to the internet

    I had this today too, in Sydney Australia. Lost the blackberry icon on and off for about 15 minutes (that I noticed, could have been longer) all good now, I just put it down to signal although I still had 4G. Could be BlackBerry server maintenance??
