I have recently updated to OS 10.2.1 from Telstra in Australia - as s soon as it was available actually. The major & I mean major, almost deal breaker for me staying with Blackberry is that since the update all my call history - like forever - is in the HUB. I could make & receive 30 - 40 calls a day & this is a major issue for me - how do I turn that feature off - nobody at Telstra is able to tell me.

In the Hub you press the three dots (overflow menu) > Settings > Hub management > Choose phone/calls and change it to whatever setting you would like

Thanks but the options are Show in Hub Only, Show in Separate Account or Show in Both - no matter which one you sue they still appear in the HUB - they didn't before the upgrade - this is a backward step & is sooooooooooo frustrating..............

Did you restart your phone using the volume key method after you upgraded to 10.2.1? I've been on several different versions of 10.2.1, both leaks and official, and have had no problem switching between having calls show only in Separate Account and in Both on both my Q10 and my Z10.
